The Mizzou Birthright Experience

Mizzou Hillel runs FREE 10-Day Birthright Israel Trips every Winter and Summer Break for all interested students eligible for Birthright.

We run our program with the trip organizer Israel Outdoors and their Quest Itinerary.  On this trip you will explore the natural beauty of Israel and its 3000 years of history and tradition.  Learn more about the trip  and see if you are eligible to join us on this adventure.  Spots are limited so please apply early. 

What will we do?

The Itinerary may change based on time of year and other factors however some destinations you may get to see include:

  • Ancient and Modern Jerusalem
  • The Negev and Judean Deserts
  • The See of Galilee and Golan Heights
  • Tel Aviv and the Mediterranean Coast
  • The Dead Sea and Masada
  • The Mystical City of Tsfat

Who is Eligible?

To be eligible, you must qualify through the Israel Outdoor website.  The program requires the following:

  1. You must be aged 18-26
  2. You must meet Birthrights Israel Jewish eligibility criteria of having one Jewish parent or have converted to Judaism.
  3. You must have graduated from high school at the time of the trip.
  4. You cannot be attending a full-time Jewish studies program.
  5. This must be your first Jewish peer trip to Israel since turning 18.
